The solution? House leaders need to encourage all their members to treat these troll amendments as the bad-faith procedural nuisances they are and vote against them, en masse, every single time. This is exactly how Republicans have handled them when they've been in the majority
Be strong, House Democrats. You stayed united on impeachment; you can stay united on this. Countless lives depend on Congress passing another aid package. Please do the right thing.
