2/ As for Fremont, the writing has been on the wall since Musk signed the Grant Contract with the high priests of the Communist Chinese Party in Oct 2018. It's only question of when. Texas is an excuse for leaving, but China is the reason.
3/ Also, it's now clear that the CATL deal spells doom for the Nevada "Gigafactory" (producing less than 1/4 of what was promised, and doomed to senescence).
