I found that Vox piece mature, honest, borderline-sentimental. Yet she raises doubts with sensitivity—an almost ‘help me help you’ plea. There’s no ‘she’s a manipulative b’ high school nonsense. No ‘she can’t pay rent so can’t be trusted’ vulgarity. Persuasion without meanness.
You can make a solid defense of Biden in this case without being a ghoul. Let’s see more of that.
