Dani is a young man from Cadiz who participated in a solidary protest on the 14 Oct. in Madrid. He was arrested by the police and has been held in pretrial prison without bail ever since.

His crime: to exercise a basic civil right, the right to protest. This right is criminalized in that "exemplary democracy" called Spain under the so-called “Gag Law”, which imprisons musicians, puppeteers and activists.

In Catalonia, we greatly appreciate his solidarity. We consider Dani a political prisoner of the Catalan process, fought with state terrorism by a state apparatus uncapable to confront its fascist past.
