Keep passing bills. Publish the list of bills. Give them easy to remember names. Hold daily press conferences to read the ones being blocked. Make them famous and popular. Never stop pointing out who is blocking them.

And, impeach.
Relentless is the word.

Relentlessly pursue real solutions to our many problems, and do it in a way that makes the Republican party own both the consequences of the problems they've created, and their clear willingness to keep those problems in place.
Continue wishing for a party that you can work with in a mutual give-and-take. Fine. Stop pretending Republicans will ever be that. Stop pretending they care about tradition or will be held to rules or precedent or ever be shamed by proof of their hypocrisy.

Fight relentlessly.
And we call and demand, and replace anybody who won't fight relentlessly.

Knocking down the barriers to what is needed is also part of fighting relentlessly for what is needed.

If our current position is untenable or undesirable, let's not fight *for* that position, but *from* it to gain a better position.

Let's not accept the way it is today as a reason it can't be made better tomorrow.

Our hope can be as relentless as our bravery or our imagination.
Pelosi's in the way, or some other establishment Dem? Donate to and organize for their primary challengers until they start to get the picture or until they're gone and irrelevant.

McConnell's Senate a problem? Donate to a Senate race today.

Fight relentelessly.
This isn’t the time for pragmatic incrementalism and compromise. This is the time for a relentless fight against a political ideology deliberately pushing us toward such ends.

Grab every inch. Give none. Demand aggression. Replace those who won’t deliver it with those who will.
We certainly do need direct action.

My theory of direct action is that aggressive election organizing—primary and general—should be a key component of any direct action strategy, and treating the two as a mutually exclusive binary is a strategic blunder.
Voting is the easiest thing, and asks least of an individual personally.

Strikes or walkouts or demonstrations are harder, and ask more.

Show me a group of people unwilling to even organize to vote; I'll show you a group unlikely to organize to strike.

This seems obvious.
I'm always suspicious of binaries between two good things that don't seem mutually exclusive.

Fight relentlessly. Use all the tools.

Using all the tools is part of fighting relentlessly.
Incrementalism versus aggression agitate is a (usually centrist) false binary. You aggressively agitate in order to create increments and snatch every inch. Then when you can you snatch a mile.

Voting vs. direct action is another false binary. You can do both, and really ought.
This is also why I never really cared for "don't boo -- vote!"

I get what he was going for but it's a false binary. People should be angry. People should boo.

Boo and vote. Boo while voting. Boo and strike and walk-out and vote. Fight relentlessly.
