Hypertension is not just for old people

I remember when I was 27 years old, the maternity ward was full, different women in different stages of labor

I had a really bad headache, decided to check my blood pressure only to see 180/120mmHg

My friend admitted me straight

I spent the next few days on bed rest, doing as little mental work as possible

Small me, it finally hit me. Even though I was a doctor, I was not exempt from getting this disease.

Get one of the automatic blood pressure monitors, one of the brands I trust is Omron blood pressure monitors.

I usually tell my patients to get them, some brands are more reliable than others
