The long term demographic realignment of non-college whites to the GOP, college whites to the Dems, largely via generational replacement & majority minority change has reached an apex but the flaw is FL. FL would almost certainly be blue. Assumes no platform change from GOP.
Also assumes GOP's back-up plan to platform/outreach change, massive voter suppression/disenfranchisement via changing definition of citizenship to tiered version via control of the federal courts fails. Yes, that's a Federalist Society thing. GOP is playing for keeps.
Sorry y'all I didn't see @B_M_Finnigan's CA twist. Which is also impossible. BC once FL and California flood from climate change, the coastline locations will move, taking over current inland regions, but it'll still be wealthy, educated people living on them.
