If you think it's noisy now ... In about 6 weeks time, the Supreme Court will either

a) have ordered Trump's bankers and accountants to surrender Trump's tax and bank records

or

b) by 5-4 majority overturned every relevant precedent to allow Trump to conceal records.
That stark alternative raises questions

1) How hard is Trump White House pressuring the Republican-appointed justices to protect Trump

and

2) If pressure fails, and Court follows the law and rules against Trump, what options does Trump have for subverting/defying Court?
The records case is existential for Trump. His present geschrei-ing about Obama being mean to him won't resonate very loud in a world in which Congress for the first time has at least a partially open window into Trump's business record

One of the perks of the presidency is an absolute immunity to defamation lawsuits. So long as he remains president, Donald Trump enjoys the rights to tell lies on Twitter that would cost any other defendant millions of dollars.
Previous presidents have not abused their defamation privileges because previous presidents were

a) decent human beings; or
b) conscious of the responsibilities of high office; or
c) both.

Donald Trump of course is neither.
Instead, every day he finds new ways to confirm this assessment:

Among the questions raised by the multiple Flynn-Kislyak, Flynn-Trump team calls:

1) Any indication that the calls were known to/authorized by Trump personally?

2) Do the calls indicate non-diplomatic motives and prior relationships between Trump and/or Flynn and Russians?
