It's not that it never occurs to me, when I think about the panoply of catastrophes that might befall the world, that if I believe what I do, I should invest accordingly and make money. It's that I can never quite figure out how to do that and never have money to invest.
But given just a slight change in my personality and a bit of seed capital, I could have been a hell of a war profiteer.
Seriously, though, he's right; the pandemic just about guarantees a wave of massive, crippling cyber-attacks. A normal administration would be preparing for this, now, but we know that isn't going to happen.
