NEW: Multiple senior federal law enforcement officials tell NBC News that Acting DEA Administrator Uttam Dhillon will be leaving that position and will be replaced by current Acting U.S. Attorney for Washington D.C. Tim Shea.

@PeteWilliamsNBC Shea, had recently been placed in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in D.C. following the initial filing of the Roger Stone sentencing memorandum and signed the motion to dismiss the charges against former Trump National Security Advisor, Ret. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.
@PeteWilliamsNBC The officials say that Justin Herdman, the current U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, has been tapped to fill Shea’s place as the top federal prosecutor in Washington D.C., @PeteWilliamsNBC and Michael Kosnar report.

NBC News: NYC's EMS is still responding to death. FDNY responded to 205 cardiac calls yesterday, about 3 times the average of 69 cardiac calls a day citywide, looking at year over year data.

Of the 205 cardiac calls, there were 141 deaths (about 7x normal) or almost 70%.

NEW: There were 10,453 new cases of COVID-19 reported in New York State today. In New York City there were 4,927 new positive cases. In the rest of the state there were 5,526 new positive tests, DOH says.

There were 25,095 tests taken. Cases continue to jump on Long Island too.
Nassau County in Long Island added a significant amount of new cases at 1,938 for a total of 18,548.

Suffolk County also added more cases today, up 1,327 to 15,844. Westchester County added 1,083 cases and remaining in third place statewide with 15,887 cases.
Other data points:
-Almost 50% of all tests in the Bronx yielded positive results.
-Almost 50% of all tests in Queens yielded positive results.

NBC News: The FBI in Boston is warning people of "Zoom-bombing", when unauthorized people enter video conference sessions.

They say two schools were victims in Massachusetts. In one instance someone yelled profanities, in another someone was seen on camera with swastika tattoos
The FBI recommends: •Do not make meetings or classrooms public. In Zoom, there are two options to make a meeting private; require a meeting password or use the waiting room feature and control the admittance of guests.
