The only way I can discern any logical meaning in that slogan, considering how media has offered all kinds of tortured logic to save their precious pervert Joe Biden is:

It has nothing to do with women. It solely depends on the target of accusation.
WSJ: "Now that Joe Biden is struggling to explain why the evidentiary rules he demanded for others accused of sexual assault are not appropriate for him, many of his friends in the press corps are suddenly seeing new virtues in the idea of carefully vetting claims of misconduct."

So now Gov. Cuomo is hawking testing to the asymptomatic. Yeah, the battle cry of the deranged Democrats: 'Testing, testing, testing!"
Gov. Cuomo: "There are a lot of places where you can get a test, and we have many places that are underutilized. We have drive-ins that can do 15,000 tests a day that are doing only 5,000. We worked hard to build this testing capacity. We are not even using it."
So tell me again where is the need for setting up a new network of 24 churches to pump in grift from Washington DC, facilitated by Representative Hakeem Jeffries.

A drug maker (Moderna) released promising, early results for a coronavirus vaccine in 8 healthy people, as it advances into accelerated phases of human trials."

It's almost too good to be true. Normally I would be overjoyed, but frankly I am a little circumspect.
The reason I am circumspect about the Moderna announcement is because this is a 10 year old company (which is actually not all that old in RNA therapeutics field) which to date has no drug candidate in an advanced clinical trial stage (i.e. Phase 3), let alone any approved drug.
But that would still not be too unusual. The strange thing about the company is that, despite its lack of any obvious success, the company has always been highly successful in attracting an almost mystical reputation with some high flyers, while remaining a bit too secretive.
