It really is interesting how Trump convinces his political opponents to behave just like him, and then benefits from the same people who criticized him for it suddenly cheering on similar behavior from those opponents.
Seriously, just search Pelosi's name. It's many of the same pundits and journalists who act (rightly) outraged when Trump has lobbed ad-hominem insults at his opponents suddenly silent/clapping. Then they wonder why their outrage never convinces anyone.
Maybe it's too late, but I still prefer that this type of attack be considered worthy of condemnation and beneath what we should expect from political leaders.
