This may be in reaction to what the SCOTUS will do. Could Graham know how the court will rule? I think Putin knows. If so, is he using that new established authority to go after a former president? To try to get Congress to act to protect Trump and Graham when Trump is out?
It's Grahams election year cycle. Will he want to electrify the black voters in South Carolina? I think it's a bluff.
Will these @SenateGOP #2020 Cycle Senators, want to supercharge Obama voters to get even? Graham, Tillis Cornyn would be nuts to touch that third-rail.

1. DOJ just announced the appointment of Jeffrey Ragsdale to head Office of Professional Responsibility. That's the office that disciplines DOJ attorneys.

1. On the shuffling of the DC US Attorney position. First, Shea exposed Barr's crimes committed under #Bush41. Pat Cipallone was also involved so I expect he'll be gone soon if my theory is correct. Barr put a Florida career prosecutor in deputy position to act as interim DC USA.
2. Mike Sherwin was a Naval intelligence officer so he likely has a robust SCI level clearance. I've not found anything to question about his background but it's only been a few minutes of research. Trump appointed a former Jones Day partner as next DC USA currently N Ohio USA.
3. IMO Jones Day is likely to be targets of a 2021 DOJ for their work in 2016 that involved laundering Kremlin cash to Trump, @SenateGOP & @HouseGOP campaigns on behalf of the Koch ecosystem. McGahn is a Jones Day attorney and IMO ran the operation.
