here's my (approximate) transcript of Mar 22, 2016 telecon between Biden and Poroshenko: see . It is certain that there was a Mar 22, 2016 call between them.
2/ Biden made the call from Air Force Two. (This detail lost in Ukrainian transcription). Shokin was fired on Mar 31, within 10 days. Poroshenko mentioned Lutsenko as candidate replacement and indeed Lutsenko proved to be replacement.
3/ in Feb and early Mar 2016, Blue Star Strategies, high-level Dem fixers associated with Hunter Biden, had met with State Dept officials prior to Joe Biden call. They met with Shokin's replacement in April, immediately after Shokin fired

4/ Blue Star Strategies, together with John Burretta, a former Obama DOJ official, then arranged that all Burisma legal problems in Ukraine were disappeared, announced in Jan 2017 in very last days of Obama admin. More or less at same time as Obama admin attacking Flynn.
5/ immediately after Burisma legal problems in Ukraine were disappeared, Burisma became a major sponsor and donor to Atlantic Council.

Kolomoisky and his partner had embezzled US$1.8 billion (!!) from IMF loans arranged by Biden et al.
12/ the failure of Obama-Biden administration to prosecute this enormous embezzlement (while being very persistent in prosecuting oligarch Firtash for much, much smaller and less clear corruption charge in India (?!?), always seemed odd to me.
13/ so the call between Biden and Poroshenko AFTER election, off record of State Dept, urging closure of a transaction involving Kolomoisky's Privatbank before Trump found out is a definite dig-here

while Ukraine was already corrupt, its corruption seems to have increased exponentially with as waves of IMF billions washed into the country. This money was a lot easier to embezzle, compared to trying to squeeze a few more kopecks from poor Ukrainians.
2/ but it worked out just as the same, as the already poor Ukrainian population were saddled with billions of IMF debt, much, if not most, of which was either embezzled, wasted or to promote vanity.
3/ Biden and Poroshenko snickered at the political groups which wanted to turn down the IMF money. Both did whatever they could to keep the funnel open. But did these loans actually benefit ordinary Ukrainians? A legitimate question.

THREAD: This thread will provide a quick overview of the 9 hacked telecons on 7 dates from Dec 3, 2015 to Nov 16, 2016 just AFTER election. Providing full context would require a history. I'll try to be terse. Youtube version from NABU Leaks is clearest.
2/ first leak is 3 Dec 2015 (0:00 to 3:22) and is Kerry, then Sec of State talking to Poroshenko (President) on eve of Biden trip to Ukraine (which is fairly well documented). Kerry's stepson's friend (and Kerry protege) Devon Archer was also Burisma director, joining in Apr 2015
3/ about 3 weeks before Hunter Biden joined Burisma.

Kerry had arrived in Ukraine on Mar 4, 2014, less than 2 weeks after US regime change coup in Ukraine. Like Biden later on, Kerry arrived promising $1 billion in aid.

THREAD: Yesterday @danbongino made seemingly extreme hypothesis that operation to extract and expose Flynn-Kislyak call originated in Obama White House. His suggested mechanism was open to valid criticism e.g. Wauck. But I think that he may be over target
2/ let's start with what we know. There were dozens of requests to unmask Flynn during transition, but none in the critical few days after the Flynn-Kislyak call. We also know that Obama Chief of Staff McDonough met on Aug 10 (a critical Crossfire day) with Moffa, Thrasher etc
3/ from dozens of unmasking requests re Flynn during transition, we know that Obama White House was aware that Flynn was talking to foreign leaders and were tracking/spying on what he was saying.
