You should realize you're using a colonial narrative. When they run out of moral justifications, this is how they normalize exclusion, violence, and colonialism: the behavior of aggressors is talked about almost as if it were a law of nature.
Wanna talk about what's "normal"? Guess what, humans once had a life expectancy of 30, half of all children never made it to adulthood, and slavery and rape were "normal", so were famine and disease. Things did change and can change. We get the world we imagine.
History has a "moral arc" not because of anything mystical about history itself, but because it's *human* history. It "bends towards justice" because the human spirit does.
If you wanna accept the behavior of the aggressors as "human nature", then you should at least realize that the behavior of those resisting aggression and demanding dignity and equality is, also, "human nature".
