for the elderly and the increasingly petty and resentful lumpen bourgeoisie who no longer have any capable elite guidance. The decline in research output is mirrored in every other institution you care to look at, mediocrity and incompetence everywhere. All they have gained in
exchange is to have become good at counting ballots. This is the end goal the American Empire demands of all it's vassals once immediate real threats no longer exist.
