NC is opening up. Even if the facility isn't on the list of places that can open, it's likely opening anyway (just see the FB posts).

Here is a story of 2 asymptomatic people (a pastor and his wife) from a rural Arkansas town (population 25,000). Image
Both had no symptoms.
March 6-8 (not everyone in the US really understood COVID-19 at that time so I'm not judging) they went to several church events.
March 10th the wife developed respiratory symptoms and fever. Image
March 11th the pastor did develop symptoms and fever but not until after attending a Bible study.
March 12th the pastor learned others were sick so he closed the church.
March 13th pastor and wife tested and told positive on March 16th.
A list of 94 possible contacts was generated.
Those with cough, fever, or shortness of breath were tested.
45 tested and 35 positive.
<19 yo 2 positive
18-64 yo 19 positive
>64 yo 14 positive
Male/female 17/18
28 of the positive were exposed from the March 6-8 time. Image
7 hospitalized and 3 died.

26 more community cases found through tracing if the people sick through the church.
1 died.
The events on the 6th-8th lasted 1.5 hours on 6th and 7th and two 1 hour sessions on the 8th.
There was singing, passing the offering plate, and buffet style meals.
This outbreak and others should be reviewed by anyone responsible for any gatherings regardless of organization and attenders. Learn what you can from this and other examples. Make necessary adjustments.
Screening at the door would not have stopped this because the exposure was days before symptoms.
