@WhoWouldWin13 Both opponents can increase their power, but while Goku can do so in stages, Hulk, when angered in battle, can constantly grow stronger. Indeed, Goku's FAR superior martial arts skills with infuriate the not-so jolly Green Giant to the extreme. Indeed, even the normal level Hulk
@WhoWouldWin13 would Give Goku some difficulty, for while Goku in his super Saiyan 4 form can lift 160,000 tons, Hulk has gotten so mad that he can trade punches with Hercules and Thor...and each of those jokers can lift a million tons with ease!
@WhoWouldWin13 And that's just the normal Hulk, not Worldbreaker hulk, who shakes the earth's core with each footstep. Along with this, his other powers increase with his rage, including durability, his healing factor, and...speed. Though he wont be anywhere near as fast as Goku at his top

And then we have to factor in the radiation that emanates from his body when Hulk is I'm-gonna-break-the-planet rage (though I think

Despite all this, Goku has what it takes to win, but there are two problems that stand in his way.

One, he wants to fight his opponents when they are at their best.

@WhoWouldWin13 BTW: @WhoWouldWin13 has pointed out to me that it was World War Hulk, not Worldbreaker Hulk, who defeated Sentry. My bad, lol. Still, this reinforces my point, considering that World War Hulk wasn't as powerful as Worldbreaker hulk

@WhoWouldWin13 One unknown question here is who has superior H2H combat training. Though the Jedi are hardly ever shown to use it, Obiwan did use some in his clash with Anakin. One could surmise that H2H combat is used in Jedi training, and considering that the Jedi are part of a galactic
@WhoWouldWin13 civilization, with countless alien civilizations sharing knowledge, one could surmise that the Jedi are taught H2H combat techniques of various worlds. I know a Marine who told me that the military encourages new trainees to train in dojos off base as well as being trained in
@WhoWouldWin13 military martial arts by their instructors, and the Jedi might do the same trick. Anakin would have to use some fancy stuff to be able to take Azula, who is phenominal in H2H combat.

@WhoWouldWin13 This looks similar to the second movie version of Robocop, which is far more lethal than the original version. To put this into perspective, the original Robocop faced a ninja android and barely managed to beat it.

Silver Samurai doesn't have that androids super strength, speed

@WhoWouldWin13 One thing that needs to be considered for this fight is that both characters...are actually not omnipotent. They may seem this way, but not only does Thanos' Infinity Gauntlet have limits (He can't use it in some universes, and its power can't compare to that of The One Above All
@WhoWouldWin13 who is truly omnipotent), but one of the Q who appeared on an episode of Star Trek Voyager admitted that the Q were not actually omnipotent, reminding Tuvok that the starship Voyageur would be like a god to primitive aliens.

Thus, they are only "near" omnipotent.

Not only is Q far older (2000 years old, twice Thanos' age), he is FAR more experienced with such cosmic powers. Thanos has only has such powers for a short amount of time with the infinity gauntlet.
