GKN Automotive is proud to support @VentilatorU, a consortium of UK based industrial, technology and engineering businesses that will play a pivotal role in answering the NHS’s need for additional ventilators to address the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. 
At GKN Automotive Innovation Centre we are pleased to offer our engineering capabilities and the use of our state-of-the-art testing systems to @VentilatorU for accelerating production of the Penlon ES02, one of the two consortium-backed ventilator designs.
Our involvement in @VentilatorU will bring increased final machine testing capacity for Penlon, helping fulfil an order of more than 15,000 units and ensuring that the ventilators are fully compliant with stringent MHRA standards before being distributed to UK hospitals.
