The most effective solution is obvious: We need to counter the 20% GDP contraction by getting 4.5 trillion into the hands of the most vulnerable.

Instead, the *net effect* of our political establishment, both Democrats & Republicans, has been to quickly & decisively shower Wall Street & the 1% with trillions in bailouts & relief while leaving the vast majority of the population with crumbs. 4/6
