SF parks and recs and other city programs for kids/teens will start 6/15.

three 3-week sessions, ie: keep kids at same camp and in same group for three weeks, presumably to slow spread, make contact tracing easier.

SF will also make/facilitate summer internships for teens...
2 staff needed for every 12 kids. Staff can't move between pods. So they're hoping that private camp providers hire teens to help meet those guidelines.

this seems very well thought out.
Breed et al also warn that they will be patrolling parks this weekend, and while most people have been good about social distancing, they will crack down on parties, etc.
