Who is Shidaikeji technology Corp.?
Some 490 Chinese citizens working & residing in the Fontana resort were all employees of Shidaikeji.

A Bilyonaryo source said Michael Yang Hong Ming was allegedly the real power behind Xionwei Technologies Inc., one of 60 POGO licensees awarded by the PAGCOR

Shidaikeiji, Xionwei’s biggest POGO sub-licensee, has 22 locations at the Fontana, used to be owned by Jack Lam.

Lam fled the country in Dec. 2016 after Duterte ordered his arrest after he was charged for hiring 1,316 illegal Chinese workers in Fontana & bribing BI officials.

Fontana Leisure Parks and Casino in Clark Freeport was shut down following the arrest of 1,240 (1,316 in some reports) illegal Chinese workers in a BI operation on November 24.

On Dec 3, Duterte himself ordered PNP chief Bato dela Rosa to arrest Lam.

The 2 Chinese, one of them a pharmacist, arrested for allegedly running the underground clinic were released on the same day without any charges filed.

•Does the Chinese pharmacist have a local license?
•Are there unregistered Chinese medicine in the illegal pharmacy?

On May 21, 490 Chinese working in Fontana were swab-tested for COVID-19 – but not the 70 Filipino employees...

The 490 were all Shidaikeji employees.
