Son woke up this morning w/ an idea. “We should build a roller coaster!” Loved his excitement. Told him first step was to draw designs. Spent morning drawing on a massive paper. But then he was ready to build it. “Let’s do it daddy!” The reality check has been...a challenge.

Ok. Took inspiration from the masters on here before me. Buckled up. And went for it. The boy is now satisfied. No more requests to build our own roller coaster for now. This is what he needed. He made me promise another ride tomorrow though...
