1/2 Looks like Northern Ireland have been preparing for Brexit for years too. Just Westminster that is doing nothing.

N.I. exports to GB fell by 9% in 2018/19 while exports to Ireland increased by 9% and increased by 21% to rest of EU.
2/3 UK Gvmnt still failed to publish a plan for border checks between N.I. and GB. Never mind the infrastructure that isnt there, there still arent any plans to agree what to check, where to check it, or how to check it. No I.T. system, not even
3/3 the customs forms have been designed in their desk top publishing software.

UK Gvmnt figs suggest that 5-20% of SMEs are ready and a max 60% of cross border traders would be ready for end of transition on 31/12/20.
