... becoming the legal. In just 2 months the intimate detail of our personal lives is now inextricably bound up with political and legal considerations, such that home and our personal family choices are no longer off-limits, and are the arena of political and legal judgment.
From a human rights perspective, the lockdown (as I have said all along) is an unwanted but necessary means of protecting the right to life - but we must have our eyes open to the cost, particularly in the intrusion into our private lives by the state and even our fellow citizens
