Many of us believe in taking garlic, ginger and lemon concoctions, and while there’s nothing wrong with that, we fail to realize that PROTEINS are very important in building a strong immune system, especially now in these COVID-19 times.
Our bodies need antibodies to fight off infections, and the cells of your immune system rely on protein. We also need all six main groups of nutrients. Thankfully, Hollandia Yoghurt contains Proteins, Vitamins A, B1, B5, B12, Calcium, Potassium and Iron
I take it regularly to ensure I am getting all that I need to stay healthy this period. Hollandia Yoghurt contains Carbohydrate as well, which doesn’t affect my waist-line since Amaka is making sure it remains slim, for fluid movement sake. 🤫
