Clearly it would be helpful if DHSC/ Hancock broke down what these supplies were, and the usage rates for masks/ gowns etc.

Hancock talks about a local flare up in Barrow, and goes on to talk about local lockdowns as a tool when track and trace up and running - will be interesting to see how they are enforced on/ for public... if there’s a clearer list of exemptions.
