The “uncountable” persons represent more than 3 times the “countable”.
Now what is the problem:
You don’t want people to know how much you failed to reach the number you advertise?
Or would the number of persons tested compared to the number of positive cases show 2nd peak is beginning while you’re set to unlock the U.K.?

It still can’t count. It’s been 5 days.
2k new cases in a day is *not* good.

As long as govt’s will focus its efforts on controlling info about the virus rather than the virus itself, the U.K. will be in deep sh**.
And it’s now 6 days.
