Ingredientes
*Harina de trigo 350 grs
*Avena molida o en hojuelas 150grs
* Manteca o margarina 15 grs
*Sal 5 grs
*Azúcar 100 grs
* Levadura instantánea 15grs
*Agua 280 CC
PROCEDIMIENTO
Colocar en un bol todos los ingredientes juntos y amasar hasta lograr una sedosa y bien refinada. Dar cinco minutos de descanso y luego amasar por 5 min más. Dejar descansar por media hora tapada.
Luego cortar piezas del tamaño deseado, armar bollos y dejar
Descansar por media hora más.
Hornear a 180grados por 20minutos aproximadamente o hasta que doren
Quedan súper buenos
Le pueden adicionar pasas o cualquier otro fruto seco de su preferencia
