The Muslim League had made this election a referendum on Pakistan, so anyone voting for Muslim League knew it clearly that he was ultimately voting for the formation of an Islamic State Pakistan. Except in North-West Frontier Provinces where ML won seats just less than half

Now coming to the second point, let`s assume for the sake of argument that an average Indian Muslim is very patriotic and maybe even willing to die for this nation. The question I ask is how does it benefit Hindus ? He`s loyal to a state which despite claiming to be secular

is more pro-Muslim than pro-Hindu. The state has an entire ministry for their well being, they get numerous schemes and scholarships especially for them, till less than an year ago, they had almost total autonomy over Kashmir, Mosques build after destroying Hindu temples still

Muslim is truly patriotic how does it benefit Hindus ? The state is more concerned about their well-being than ours.
So the nationalism of a Muslim is only but a natural reaction and nothing special or worth celebrating. It`s just being grateful enough.

Conclusion : Indian Muslims` portrayal of being nationalist is just a drama that they will shed when the actual fight for an Islamic state comes and even if they`re being genuinely nationalist then it`s just being grateful enough towards a pro-Muslim state.
