Who is 'we'?

BBC complaints don't work like this. The procedure takes months & eventually ends up in 'executive complaints unit'. This is an extraordinary review by unknown persons. Could @BBCNewsPR please tell us on what basis this review took place & who made this decision?
This is some seriously high level intervention because this is not how the BBC complaints & review system works, let me tell you. Only time I had any joy was when the wonderful @rachelparris & @MashReport stepped in..

And this makes no sense. @maitlis has an editor. The editor takes responsibility for the editorial content. What is this? A punishment beating?

Everything about this smells off. @maitlis already stellar reputation will be undimmed but targeting an individual journalist by @BBCNews seems designed to appease politically motivated critics not address alleged failings in editorial oversight - which is not her responsibility

I want to know how Dido, ex-director of Cheltenham now of Jockey Club Harding is in charge of track & trace. I want to know what the urgency was for horse racing - horse racing! - of all things to resume on Monday.
Of everything that happened in excruciating slow motion in w/c March 12, decision to let mass events go ahead that seemed most batshit insane. And the reasons given were preposterous

NEW: The govt just published a load of minutes from SAGE meetings up till May 7. This is good news! We desperately need more openness & transparency. But it also raises a lot of questions...

Pretty extraordinary that Ben Warner is listed as a member of SAGE in the original documents. This is Dom's pal who worked on Vote Leave, then Dec general election, then got a job at number 10 & have I left out the bit where his brother scored a £250m contract with NHS data?
