The notion that a Russian troll farm's juvenile Facebook clickbait -- which few people saw; which barely mentioned the 2016 election; & which was mostly dumb memes -- suppressed black voter turnout in 2016 is deeply contemptuous of black voters.
It only serves one purpose: helping US liberals avoid confronting systemic US racism and their own failures. That's why Hillary Clinton is still trying to convince us that "the Russians," helped "convince blacks not to vote in Michigan."
