Amazingly, Flynn-Kislyak transcript barely discusses sanctions. It's mentioned only once, by Kislyak, in passing. Focus re: Russia’s response is *expulsions*, & Flynn's (reasonable) request that Russia's response "make it reciprocal" & "even-keeled." This was spun as "collusion."
This reveals our latest case of Mueller fraud.

Mueller report: "With respect to the sanctions, Flynn requested that Russia not escalate the situation, not get into a 'tit for tat,' & only respond to the sanctions in a reciprocal manner."

False: the request was over expulsions.
Why is expulsions vs. sanctions distinction important? Dominant Russiagate fan fiction narrative is that Flynn-Kislyak discussed sanctions relief as payback for Russia's alleged 2016 meddling. Mueller team fueled that by swapping expulsions for sanctions in Flynn's request.
Another major topic of discussion between Flynn & Kislyak is Russia seeking US participation in peace talks over Syria. I have to wonder -- this is pure speculation, I have no evidence -- if part of the Flynn leaking & phony innuendo was an attempt to undermine that.
