This week we mourn our 100,000 + dead as a result of covid.
We mourn the men & women who gave all for their service & sacrifice to our country.
We mourn the tragic & senseless death of George Floyd & all who have lost their lives to senseless violence.
We mourn & grieve for the lives we lost & also for the lack of empathy, compassion & sympathy from a failed administration that doesn't care about American lives...only profit, power & their bottom line.
We have to do better, we have to care what happens to each other & our communities. We have to recognize what's binding our hearts & minds with hatred, fear & division towards another human being & fix it.
All life is precious.
Love conquers all fear & hatred.
We have to take care of each other, protect each other & stand together when we are under threat.
When another person is threatened, regardless of race, gender or creed, we are all threatened. No one is safe.
We can no longer settle for intolerance, violence & hatred & turn a blind eye. We must protect each other & not allow violence towards our fellow black brothers & sisters, our children & communities.
We must stand together, & fight the good fight, without violence & destruction
We are all people, we all bleed the same color red.
We must not allow fear, hatred, violence to continue.
All lives are precious, not just fetuses.
We must do better as human beings & care for each other, our communities, our people of all stripes & colors regardless.
Only we can fix this...together.
Every day my heart grieves over the tragic & senseless deaths from violence, hatred, ignorance, intolerance, derelict thinking & a lack of compassion & caring that has affected our society for greed, power & profit.
We pay our elected public officials, law enforcement to protect & serve us, not to usurp their authority & offices for self-enrichment, to impose harm, kill & destroy our lives, our people; ALL PEOPLE!
We are not disposable!
We are human beings.
All life is precious!
We're in a public health crisis...a disease that's not a respecter of persons, race, gender, political affiliation, economic status...it takes whomever it can devour.
Yet...the lack of caring, the protection of life is evident every day by those who choose to put themselves,
their wallets, bank accounts, their good time above everyone else's needs, safety, health & well-being as if their lives only matter & no one else...
It's clearly evident in their words, deeds & actions.
While we all suffer.

Nursing homes are increasingly seeking to shield themselves from a raft of wrongful death lawsuits from the families of Covid-19 victims by invoking new liability protections they received from Trump Admin.
About 200 lawsuits in nearly half the states have already been filed, and the industry says it’s bracing for many more in the coming months given the virus’ outsize toll on residents and staff.
But an emergency preparedness law expanded by Congress last year limiting health providers’ exposure to coronavirus-related lawsuits — and the Trump administration’s broad interpretation of those protections — are upending litigation against nursing homes.
Republican elected officials and political operators are simultaneously enabling his dangerous corruption and lining his pockets. The latest example of this took place last weekend as the Save America Summit hosted at Trump National Doral.
Women for America First, the dark money group that hosted the summit, was also behind Trump’s January 6th rally that preceded the attack on the Capitol.
The group named Senator Rand Paul, Representatives Matt Gaetz, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Louie Gohmert,Kat Cammack, Byron Donalds & Beth Van Duyne, all of whom spread Trump’s “big lie” of a stolen election & voted against his impeachment & conviction, as special guests of the event
