According to a press release he's speaking at a public library in Minnetonka (about 15-20 min away outside of Mpls) 
Former Minneapolis Police Office Derek Chauvin has been charged with third degree murder and manslaughter. More details later.
The other three officers — Thomas Lane, Tou Thao and J. Alexander Kueng — involved have not been charged. Freeman says investigation ongoing but he thought it was "important to focus on the most dangerous perpetrator."

Count I: 3rd Degree Murder for causing "the death of George Floyd by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life."
Count II: 2nd Degree Manslaughter for causing "the death of George Floyd by his culpable negligence, creating an unreasonable risk and taking a chance of causing death or great bodily harm to George Floyd."
From the complaint: "Kueng held Mr. Floyd's back and Lane held his legs. The defendant placed his left knee in the area of Mr. Floyd's head and neck. Mr. Floyd said, "I can't breathe" multiple times . . . The defendant and the other two officers stayed in their positions."
