If you cannot code, can you create something more powerful than a website?

I've studied dozens of Makers who launched web apps, marketplaces, community, job boards - all without code.

I'd like to share my learnings through 3 personas that are game-changers.

🏗How They Operate
Build a fully functioning app without code.

Why this Matters
✅No more "You need a technical co-founder" to start
✅Eliminates the need for a prototype or mvp with actual code
✅Create a very high fidelity functioning app

🏗How they Operate:
The cost to make something contrarian and ship it is essentially zero.

Why this Matters:

✅As the cost to create goes down, opp. cost to create contrarian ideas goes up. The potential upside is massive
✅There is much less risk in cost/time for initial dev. Build it with #NoCode - no hiring a dev - no convincing investors - just build it

✅In a crowded noisy market, how can you enter it? Doing something different can get you above the noise

✅Faster creation and iteration time to make and launch with no real amount of sunk time if it doesn't work. Risk?

The Niche Insider Maker

🏗How they Operate:

A niche expert like a photographer can solve their own problems by building a solution without having to hire a development team, and can build it without having to learn code but instead visual development.

The learning curve is less.

Why this Matters:
✅Is there anything more liberating than being able to solve your own problems?
✅If you are a professional in industry x, that knowledge you have of core problems = advantage
✅Selling is hard. Advantage as an insider, use your relationships for early adoption

🔑Andrew is a photographer. And is making something that solves a problem for photographers

✅Removal of two major barriers - development team, sales team

✅Tap into your unique advantage - you are within the niche - you can create it yourself - no need to hire an expensive development shop that could hold you hostage over a half baked product - especially if you are trying to develop the product iteratively to figure it out

now be empowered to build things. This will be a tectonic shift and game-changer.
