as I read the Flynn transcripts, his comments all seem so sane. While Flynn himself has suffered greatly from persecution by Comey and Mueller thugs, their sabotage of US-Russian collaboration against ISIS and AlQaeda has had ramifications far beyond Flynn himself.
2/ as a result, instead of candidate Trump's sensible approach to Syria and Iraq implemented by Flynn, Trump ended up with the worst neocons imaginable (McMaster, Bolton etc), who not only implemented opposite policy, but they and disloyal aides actively undermined Trump himself
3/ one other obvious point from reading transcript: seems to me that (contrary to Lee Smith, with whom I mostly agree) opposition to Flynn from Obama admin was mostly due to his policy on jihadis, not Iran. Flynn was going to reverse US policy of arming and financing jihadis
4/ as part of regime change adventurism in Syria. Although candidate Trump's instincts on this were right, once Flynn was gone, Trump reverted to Obama admin policy of opposing Russian-Syrian fight against AlQaeda in Syria, rather than cooperating with Russia to eradicate AQ.
