That CBP drone was not circling Mineapolis for the view earlier today. “They” are bypassing the warrant process to get non anonymized cell data and just fucking collecting it all in bulk.
And that CBP drone was not the only one circling around Minneapolis.

They don’t need to collect a lot of data, just enough for a few data points and they can cross check with other databases with consolidated public data, that are guaranteed to have at minimum several data points unique to you, and identify you.
Rather data points unique to your device ( using your device identifier).
Since you are likely to be using the same device for an evil service like Facebook which also collects your unique device ID, google does too, and boom, they know who you are.
