Banana Muffins - recipe on thread 
1 3/4 cup All purpose flour; 1/3 Cup sugar; 2tsp baking powder; 1/4 tsp salt. 1 egg beaten. 3/4 cup milk; 1/4 cup cooking oil ; 3/4 cup mashed bananas. Bake for Round 20 min at 180C
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl; in another mash up overripe bananas; add egg, oil and milk, mix well. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Prep muffin pan by greasing with butter then dusting with flour to prevent sticking.
Tips: use overripe bananas; do not use paper cups for this recipe please - instead grease pan and dust with flour. Use quarter cup to scoop mix into muffin pan ; put little oil in scoop so mix comes out easily. Bake and enjoy
