PS/ Barr's DOJ can "treat" {*waves hands around in the air*} anything it wants "like terrorism"—and will certainly keep doing so with left-wing entities, rather than any white supremacist entities—but that has *nothing* to do with Antifa being "designated" *anything* by *anyone*.
PS2/ BTW, I say all this as someone who has—virtually 100% of the time—been critical of Antifa's tactics. I'm a lawyer and I think in terms of rule of law. But it's *because* I think in terms of rule of law that I don't want domestic entities illegally targeted as Trump proposes.
PS3/ There was a time when there were people on the right who believed in rule of law—who'd *hate* Antifa and nevertheless oppose *any* POTUS not just exceeding his authority but literally *making up authority that's never existed* to specifically target his *political enemies*.
