There are enough reason to say it "DISCRIMINATION" and biggest is that this happens only with other JCO/NCOs.

The prejudice minds and baised approch of favoritism to brother offrs is when opposed by upright veterans and equal members of contributory scheme, becomes reason for the scuffles in polyclinics.
They must understand that serving/veterans should be treated with respect when they are availing their entitlement, it's not someone giving them, it is they have earned by blood, sweat and tears.
Favoritism of brother officer and families is root cause of these incidents.

Take my words, go any polyclinic not as a General but as a quiet observer, you will get to know how Delhi high court directives are being violated by VIP culture in turn, medicines , referral to empanelled/service hospitals etc.

Serving officer at helm of affairs failed 100% in running this scheme. Budget is siphoned in rampant corruption and now they show inability citing budget when asked for services.

Other hand number of vacancy reserved for officers serving/retired in all welfare scheme like CSD, Sainik schools, Rajya Saink Boards, Zila Sainik Boards, ECHS, DGR and many more to ensure favoritism and nothing else??

I thank you for responding me, I respect you very much being a old and senior veteran who speak heart, else we have certificate givers also here but can't condemn an abuser brother offr while expert in issuing certificate to others

Discrimination of all sorts amongst veterans must end one for all. Once retired only qualification and rank is veteran.
Every single veteran is proud on service he rendered for nation. If higher ranker think other wise they are not only wrong but baised also.
