If you have attended a protest without data privacy protection measures taken on your device assume you have been tracked by stingrays deployed by the state at protest sites.
A stingray (IMSI catcher) is a diabolical device available to law enforcement that mimics a cell phone tower. Your phone doesn’t know any better and it connects to it, snitching your unique ID which is linked to your cell phone provider. Only cash bought burners are safe.
This thing is probably killing the American dream right now. I’m sorry to say it was really easy to do. 
I tried to warn everyone in @thegreathackdoc as best I could. Bad guys run the show. All your favorite apps and shit are snitching on you for fascism and profit.
