A lot of people who wrung their hands for the past several days as police goons across the country gleefully brutalized protestors non-stop on video are about to become goon safety monitors upon seeing a few random incidents of violence against police.
One thing absent from the Watts Riots, the Rodney King Riots, even the Ferguson Protests: Gasoline being poured on the fire in the form of a steady non-stop stream of social media videos of police in every major American city gleefully brutalizing peaceful protestors.
Given days of non-stop viral videos of malicious police violence, it is actually amazing that more people haven't lashed out at the police. Just a few isolated incidents despite days of nationwide revolt. That should be more of a story.
