Why #D2C strategy is the way ahead in the retail sector?

Here's the blog we wrote on the lessons form @theragecoffee

blog.hellomeets.com/lessons-from-b…

And a short summary in A THREAD ⬇️
1. No intermediaries. You save alot when you don't have to pay middle men.
2. More controle over your production, supply chain, brand and marketing.
3. More data.

When there is no middleman collecting customer data, you directly get customer insights.

This helps in understanding your customers directly without any filters.
4. More personalized.

With more control over your product and having direct contact with your customers, you can make your product and services more personalized.
5. How to make your brand stand out?
• Differentiation- being fundamentally different from others is how you'll stand out

• Cost- price your product depending on your target audience

• High customer focus- be more personalized and customer centric when marketing
6. Market research> everything else

Rage coffee took more than 1 year to research it's market, from production, supply to product placing and designing.

Understanding consumer behaviour, LTV & CAC is most important for a brand's long term wealth.
A big thanks to the CEO of @theragecoffee @bharatsethi_ to share his valuable insights with us!!
