Kilmeade: Stats show African Americans have low trust in police. How do you fix this?

Trump: I'm doing great in the polls with African Americans.

Kilmeade: But how do you solve the law enforcement part of this?

Trump: I launched a rocket.
Trump: The way Biden handled Clarence Thomas was a disaster. It was horrible the way he treated... Clarence Thomas. An African American.
We're now at the part of the interview where Kilmeade is trying to get Trump off the phone, but Trump obliviously forges ahead to talk about why Putin should be allowed back in the G7.
Kilmeade asks why, with all that's going on, Trump is attacking Joe Scarborough.

Trump: "I just do it, I hit back. I fight. ... I always felt Scarborough got away with murder. That's not an uncommon story, so we don't have to spend a lot of time on it, but I always felt that."

I don't know who it was that made the call in DC not to enforce Mayor Bowser's dangerous and pointless curfew for the second and third evenings that it was in place, but whoever it was may have saved lives, and absolutely saved people from serious cop-inflicted injuries.
Boswer at least finally lifted the curfews all together. De Blasio, on the other hand, is the most pathetic kind of proto-fascist – the kind who imposes a system to do things like this, and yet somehow thinks he has the standing to call Trump a fascist.
In order to be fair and balanced, I'm obliged to point out that Cuomo is also a proto-fascist.

At Mayor Bowser's press briefing, MPD chief just referred to Rahul Dubey, who let kettled protesters on take shelter in his house to escape officers trying to arrest them, as the man who "claimed to be the homeowner." MPD chief is objecting to Dubey's descriptions of what he saw.
On Monday night, there were 292 protesters arrests in DC. Last night, there were 19.

Because last night, police decided not to herd peaceful protesters like cattle into dead end traps where they could be mass arrested for no apparent law enforcement purpose.
Asked if Dubey was "harboring criminals," MPD chief says "you can get into technicalities," but although police officers *could* have said protesters were breaking and entering his home, "for police not to enter that home and exacerbate the situation" is something to be proud of.
