Did u know that this organisation conducts a questionnaire for retired police officers of the special community ?

Below are the questions that are thrown to create an Anti India agenda.
The Annexture starts with an introduction -

5. Joined & Retired as Rank:
6. Years in Service:
7. Are u of Eco. Bkwrd category:
8.Reason of joining Police?

REPRESENTATION:
Q1. What was the representation of Ms in the state police force when u joined?
Q2. Did the representation grow while u were in service? Was it concentrated at certain ranks,or across the police?
Q3. Are there institutional obstacles that are blocking access?

Q4. Are there departments/units where Ms are not posted/deployed? If yes, why?
Q5. Are Ms seen in leadership positions? Can you give the names of three M police
personnel posted in high ranks in your state?
Q6. Do you think representation is enough?

RESERVATION :

Q7. Is there reservation for Ms in the police department ?

Q8. Is reservation for Ms needed ?

OUTREACH :

Q 9. What outreach steps have been taken to bridge the trust deficit between Ms and the Police in your state?

POLICE AS A WORK PLACE FOR Ms:

Q10. Is the police department a good place for Ms to work?

community during time of Ramzan and Eid?

SURVEILLANCE:

Q 14. Do u think police profiles young Ms excessively or in different ways from other communities?

Q 15. Do u think police views the M community as less patriotic/anti-national?

Q 16. Do u think decisions on deployment of police during social gathering and festivals are affected
by the religion of the community celebrating the same? If yes, how does this play out?

Q 17. How do the police see political meetings, rallies, protests organized by M community? Are there different considerations that come in unlike with political events of other
community?

FEAR/SUSPICION BETWEEN POLICE AND Ms:

Q 18. Does police fear entering community ghettos?

Q 19. Do you feel police officers see M men and women with suspicion when donned with identity
markers (skull cap, beard, hijab)? Does this affect police behavior?

TRUST ISSUES:

Q 20. Is there a trust deficit between the police and the M community in India?

Q 21. Is police seen in a bad light especially after the acquittals of innocent Ms in most of the terr0r
related cases? How is this affecting the relationship between the police and community?

(FEEDING IN THE MINDS THAT Ms ARE INNOCENT MAJORITY OF THE TIME IN TERR0R ACTS)

Q 22. Did you get a chance to supervise any area(s) where Ms were in majority? What are the biggest problems that M community has faced vis-à-vis policing?

With the above questionnaire it is very evident how this organisation is spoon feeding the special community police officials by representing manipulated questions which might throw bad light on the governance and thereby using those answers in setting up an Anti India narrative.

It has become a matter of major concern as the answers to the above questionnaire can be used to manipulate the ppl of the community to not only spread a hate wave across the country but to also instigate riiots in sensitive areas.
