This organization was registered in 1993 and is operated from New Delhi since then.The director of this organization is a staunch Left leaning Professor, who also holds a strong position at the infamous Jamia Millia Islamia.
The professor was also one of those people who had favored the scraping of the Armed Forces Special Power Act (AFSPA).
The key operational areas of this Org in India are Assam, Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, J&K, Kerala, MP, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Orissa, Tripura, Uttarakhand, WB.

Now, let's come to a very interesting part of this widespread investigation of the organization -
"THE SOURCE OF FUNDING".
An organization which has it's offices at India & United Kingdom & which works for the basic rights of the humans, majorly comprising of the Spl community

surprisingly has a very scattered source from where it receives it's funds.
These sources of funds are majorly overseas and just for the record, this organization is not even registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA).

The origin of these funds hails from UK, Middle East, Africa, Germany, USA, European Union, Geneva, SriLanka, Nepal etc. wherein the local areas are predominantly comprising of the Special Community in majority.
After an extensive research, we surprisingly found that a senior journalist & author, who is known for the most outrageous acts in the form of journalism is an integral part of this organization and majority of the activities are done with the consideration of this journalist.
After much study and research, we got handy of the Annual Report of the org since the year 2003-04 until 2018-19.
Normally, we would let go the reports which are audited,but something caught our eyes.

Certainly, Not everything that glitters is gold. We did find much copper too !!
There were certain amounts which were being funded from EU, BHC, HSF, FNS, FGHR etc. All these Foreign fundings were certainly not in clearance with the FCRA.

An organization which works for the basic rights of people was getting funds in the names of Grants, Institutional support, Program Support, Consultation fees, salary, Police reforms, prison reforms, reducing detention centres etc.
These foreign fundings ranged from as low as approximately Rs. 20k to a whooping 9 digit amount surely raises a lot of brows.
After gathering all the links, we found that this org is linked to an underground ntwork of NGOs working in establishing Anti India narrative since 2014.

We also successfully established the ties of this organization with other Unregistered NGOs and organisations working from within the country as well as Outside the country with a lot of unaccounted funds used in the so-called protests held within the country as well as outside
the country, with the primary aim of maligning the image of the Government and all the RW associations by working with establishments which are hell bent to provoke the minorities in riioting against the Govt. Be it the demonstrations held at Delhi,Mumbai,Lucknow,Aligarh,Kolkata,
or Bengaluru, this org. indirectly has a tie to all these Anti Govt acts through various known faces and channels.
The documented proofs have been arranged to be given to the concerned authorities for further action as the activities are a grave concern for National security.
