I'm not really interested in any U.S. corporations Woke Theater and virtue-signaling until they condemn Communist China, by name, for its human rights abuses. You can start with the way China treats black people, who were recently BANNED FROM RESTAURANTS AND HOTELS, for example.
Want to show me how courageous you are? Call Xi Jinping a monster to his face, knowing that you have millions of dollars in Chinese revenue on the line. We all know you don't risk anything with Woke Theater in America. You're FAR more visibly afraid to risk NOT participating.
There's nothing wrong with taking a stance you really believe in, even if it's not risky - not even if DISAGREEING is the truly risky proposition. But please spare us the pretense of defiant courage, as if some shadowy conspiracy is ready to destroy you for speaking up.
Can we be honest here for a minute? Some U.S. corporations are diving deep into BLM support because they're afraid of what happens to them if they don't. And some of them are simply trying to monetize the movement. NONE of them are courageously defying the odds by speaking up.
But they WOULD be defying the odds and putting real skin in the game by standing up to Communist China. It could make a real difference if all of these Woke Corporations did it together, speaking up for China's victims in one voice on the anniversary of Tiananmen.
You see, all these Woke Execs know that China really WILL punish them for defying the Communist Party and speaking up for its victims. Everything they're just play-acting about in America is 100% for real in China, including the penalties for giving voice to your conscience.
But if every corporation spoke as one, all across America - or dare we hope, even all across the civilized world! - then China might hesitate to punish them. The Communist Party can't afford to sanction, ban, and boycott everyone, and it would be embarrassing to try.
And if those oh-so-courageous Woke Corporations had the combined muscle to force Beijing to swallow their criticism, it would embarrass the tyrants, shake their grip on the Chinese people, maybe even start a revolution. It could bring REAL CHANGE to countless captive humans.
The protests and riots in America ruined and squandered a consensus that was already there. We went from united anger and horror at George Floyd's death to partisan squabbles, excuses for theft and murder, and bitter tribalism overnight.
But if the Woke had the REAL bona fide courage to confront China, especially after the monstrous damage it inflicted on the world with the coronavirus, it could be a truly unifying moment - a consensus of civilization that frightens the very real villains in Beijing.
That would involve REAL risk, though, not just play-acting as brave members of a "resistance." None of the Woke are really at any risk whatsoever of losing jobs or income by speaking up in America, but they really WOULD be risking it by speaking out against China.
In China, everything the Woke claim to care about is Communist Party policy, not a few bad cops or mismanaged departments. They have concentration camps and slave labor. They make critics disappear without charges or trial. The rulers are REAL honest-to-God racial supremacists.
For all the performative caterwauling and hysterical emoting, nobody really thinks American troops would start randomly murdering people if they were deployed to restore order to rioting cities.

This is what happens when CHINA sends in the troops:
Show us some real courage, Woke Execs. Show us true leadership. Impress us with your determination to say what's right, no matter the consequences. Say it to China, where there really ARE consequences, before they use you in a successful gambit to bring their system here. /end
