NA1 was on display at Port Augusta station between 1960 and 1982.
Restored for display May 1984 at the Adelaide Passenger Terminal, Keswick.

On 2 August 2004, Sandfly returned to NT on the rear of the Ghan passenger train and was placed on display at the new Berrimah passenger terminal, Darwin. In 2008 it was transferred to Parap.
