In 1957 frame and wheels of NB30 were used to build up a small diesel-hydraulic locomotive, also known as NB30

There were two other Vulcans built at the same time as NB29 & NB30, the 4 were all at the Henderson Naval base. The other two locos went to Australian Portland Cement Co. at Fyansford in 1926 (#4 and #5).
